On the 27th May "Rush Sunday" Bristolian’s and visitors alike can witness one of the rare occasions when the Lord Mayor travels from the Mansion House to the church in the spectacular Landau carriage with a mounted police escort.

Newt Festival 2012

The Newt Festival is the largest of its kind in Somerset with over 85 Real Ales on sale each year as well as local cider, bottled beers, wines and of course a range of non alcoholic drinks. Great live music is played throughout the weekend with on average 13 bands performing on stage in the main marquee. 13 - 14 July. More Information.
